Published on 3 April 2019 by TUC

Thursday 25th April, 2.00pm. Register here.

Women over the age of 50 are now the fastest growing group of workers. But talking about the menopause is still seen as a taboo subject.

In this webinar Beki Trimble and Rebecca Batt, union reps at Bristol City Council, share their personal stories of managing their own menopause and talk about how they have lobbied for menopause awareness at work.

They will be joined by Kate Lindsell, Health and Wellbeing Manager, to discuss how managers and reps can work together to increase support for women.

Sign up to hear first-hand experiences and to get ideas on how you can change the conversation in your workplace.
