UNISON Members say 'NO' to the Suffolk County Council pay cut
Published on 21 December 2018 by Suffolk County UNISON
The Chief Exec Nicola Beach of Suffolk County Council emailed staff the week before Christmas 2018 explaining that the proposals will mean that “pay deductions would be taken each month”......
Nicola’s message also said that the updated proposal arose “following suggestions made via the reward survey and our discussions with Unison”.
We need to be very clear that at no point in time has UNISON ever suggested anything other than getting rid of the unpaid leave proposal. Reducing it is unacceptable. It needs to go!
Because, as Nicola has clearly explained to staff - your pay will be deducted.
Members are being asked to complete UNISON's survey and let’s get this dropped once and for all.
Have you had your say on pay?
Every UNISON member must complete our survey.
We need you to instruct us to tell SCC: We will not accept a Pay Cut!!
The survey closes at 9am on Monday 7th January.
